Ball Janik LLP Attorneys Dana Krawczuk and Stephen Hultberg will present the 2011 Land Use Case Review at the 15th annual Land Use Law Seminar sponsored by The Seminar Group. The presentation will encompass important cases from the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA), the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court.

Dana Krawczuk is Chair of Ball Janik LLP’s Land Use practice group, which is consistently recognized by peers as an industry leader according to Chambers USA.
