9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Webinar
Contracts issued under the Multiple Award Schedule Program administered by the General Services Administration (commonly called “GSA Contracts”) are meant to simplify the Government’s acquisition of commonly used products and services. In many ways, the Program has been successful in making Government contracting easier. But, GSA Contracts still carry substantial risk for contractors who may be unfamiliar with their unique requirements. In this webinar, James Bradshaw and Mark Jackson offered practical guidance on avoiding the real-world headaches that contractors most often encounter in obtaining and managing a GSA Contract, including:
• Most-favored customer/price reduction obligations
• Overzealous Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) collections
• Enforcement of country of origin requirements
• Audits and compliance reviews
This free webinar provided important guidance for: (i) business managers who are contemplating whether to pursue a GSA Contract; (ii) contractor personnel who currently manage/administer their company’s GSA Contract; and (iii) compliance officers and in-house counsel responsible for ensuring adherence to GSA Contract requirements.
