FAR Part 15: Contract Pricing for Prime and Subcontractors

Subpart 15.4 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) establishes rules governing contract pricing meant to ensure that the government pays only "fair and reasonable" prices for items. These rules operate at both the prime and subcontract levels. Mark Jackson and James Bradshaw from Ball Janik LLP will conduct a one hour webinar for PNDC members and non-members to highlight key considerations for companies new to FAR Part 15.4 and answer specific questions. Contractors and subcontractors wishing to understand the circumstances under which they may be required to provide cost or pricing data to justify offered prices  - a situation carrying potential Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) implications - should participate.
