Lisa Umscheid Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Oregon Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA)

Lisa Umscheid has been appointed to the board of directors of the Oregon chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). Oregon LERA is the only organization in Oregon that brings labor, management, neutrals, and academics together to improve labor–management relations, discuss challenges confronting the labor relations profession, and share best practices in the areas of collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and labor–management relations. Oregon LERA presents breakfast or lunch programs of interest to the labor–management relations community. Each fall, Oregon LERA also selects and honors labor, management, and neutral practitioners who have been selected by their peers to be recognized for professionalism and excellence in the field of labor relations.
