Clients include Class I railroads, regional railroads, short line railroads, rail suppliers, investment companies, and intermodal transportation companies. The natural resources practice focuses on the conservation of fishery resources, the use of renewable resources and the timber industry. We represent clients before the Environmental Protection Agency and the Departments of Interior, Commerce, Agriculture, and State, as well as various international organizations. The international trade practice focuses on the representation of corporate interests before the International Trade Commission, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the Departments of Commerce and Agriculture, and trade-regulating agencies of foreign governments.
