Brad Miller is Ball Janik LLP's managing partner. His principal areas of practice are real estate leasing, acquisitions, and financing, project finance, and general business law.

Mr. Miller is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has published numerous articles in The Practical Real Estate Lawyer and in various newsletters published by real estate organizations. Mr. Miller frequently lectures at continuing education programs on leases, purchase agreements, loan documentation, and other real estate topics.

A graduate of Swarthmore College (B.A., with High Honors in Political Science, 1983), Mr. Miller earned his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1987.

Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, and California.
