Morgan N. Lester
Morgan N. Lester has been drawn to construction law for as long as she can remember. Growing up in a family with multi-generational ties to the construction industry fostered her interest in the complex issues that arise throughout residential and commercial real estate development. Inspired by her family’s hard work, she was the first in her family to earn a bachelor’s degree and attend law school. Early in her education, Morgan knew that she wanted to help individuals navigate through troubling circumstances. From that point forward, she dedicated her studies to becoming an attorney.
Morgan’s work at Ball Janik LLP includes assisting owners and community associations with construction defect claims, including litigation and mediation. As part of the construction defect and litigation teams, she works closely with clients to help them protect their assets and investments.
Prior to receiving her law degree, Morgan served as a law clerk and paralegal for various firms in Central Florida. She also served as the communications editor of the Florida Law Review.
During her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Archer and Maddie, and playing intramural sports.
