
Overview
Michael Falcon is an Associate in Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect Practice Group. Before joining Ball Janik, he worked at a multinational infrastructure construction company, where he assisted senior general counsel and company executives by conducting research, drafting memoranda and litigation documents, and revising and reviewing construction-related documents, including construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, and vendor agreements, for both private and public-level projects. Mr. Falcon previously worked in construction litigation as well, giving him a deep understanding of the legal framework governing various aspects of commercial and residential projects from development to execution. He is committed to providing clients with strategic insight to solve a wide array of disputes.
He received his law degree from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the ABA Forum on Construction Law. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Miami, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, serving as the Philanthropy Chair & Vice President.
Michael’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, and watching sports. He’s also fluent in Spanish.
