Courtney L. Blandford is an associate in Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect and Litigation practice groups. Courtney represents property owners, including community associations, in construction defect claims against National Developers, General Contractors, and Subcontractors. Prior to joining Ball Janik, Courtney was an associate at a construction boutique firm where she represented owners, general contractors, and subcontractors, as both plaintiffs and defendants, during every stage of the construction litigation process. Ball Janik is pleased that Courtney has joined the team with her unique insight gained from her previous role.
Courtney earned her B.S. from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with high distinction. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University. During law school, Courtney served as a legal intern for various organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice.
