Dawn Linn Todd is a paralegal in Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect Practice, based in the firm’s Orlando office. Ms. Todd has extensive experience as a paralegal focused on complex commercial litigation, construction defect, contractual disputes, commercial evictions, civil litigation, and bankruptcy. She assists Ball Janik’s attorneys and clients with case preparation, survey analysis, document support, summary, discovery, and review. Her paralegal expertise is vast and spans a 30-year career. 

Ms. Todd attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. She also attended Valencia Community College where she graduated with an Associate’s Degree.

Ms. Todd has resided in the Central Florida area since 1979.   She began her career years ago as a runner for a small Orlando law firm to break into the legal community.  Since that time, Ms. Todd has worked for several large firms in Orlando.  In her spare time, Ms. Todd enjoys gardening, working out and spending time with her son and their family dog, Cookie.
