Brian Tannenbaum is an associate in Ball Janik LLP’s Construction Defect and Litigation practice groups. He represents community associations, commercial property owners, and all other owners of properties in pursuing claims for defective design, products, and construction. Brian has extensive experience working with boards of directors, community managers, property managers, and experts to maximize recoveries for Ball Janik LLP’s clients.

Mr. Tannenbaum has successfully worked on complex, multi-party litigation against developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals represented by experienced construction attorneys throughout the state of Florida.

Mr. Tannenbaum received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University and received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Tannenbaum is a native of Sarasota, FL and currently resides in Tampa, FL.
