Amanda L. Gonzalez is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience managing complex construction defect and concrete overspray cases from inception through resolution. With a strong foundation in construction law, Ms. Gonzalez has successfully handled all phases of litigation — including factual investigations, discovery, motion practice, expert coordination, mediation, and trial preparation.
Known for a strategic and detail-oriented approach, Ms. Gonzalez excels at conducting site inspections, analyzing construction documents and project files, and preparing persuasive legal arguments. She routinely drafts and argues dispositive motions and motions in limine related to claims of negligence, statutory violations, and breach of warranty against construction and design professionals.
Before focusing on construction litigation, Ms. Gonzalez gained valuable experience as a law clerk, preparing cases for arbitration and trial, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, and providing general representation to condominium and homeowners’ associations.
