Kyle Bugden is an associate in the Construction Defect practice group at Ball Janik LLP. Before joining the firm, he focused on first-party property insurance recovery for policyholders. He has experience representing homeowners and homeowners’ associations in both insurance and defect claims.
During law school, Kyle was a member of the Trial Team at the University of Florida.
