With over two decades of experience in complex commercial and construction litigation support, Lorena Juarez is a highly skilled senior paralegal with a proven track record in managing high-volume construction litigation and personal injury cases from inception through trial. Adept at navigating all stages of the litigation process, Ms. Juarez is known for precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of state, federal, and complex business litigation (CBL) court rules and procedures.
For more than 20 years, she has played an integral role in preparing attorneys for litigation by drafting complaints, motions, and discovery responses; coordinating depositions and expert inspections; and assembling hearing binders and trial exhibits. Her ability to work directly with experts and management companies, combined with her organizational skills, makes Ms. Juarez a key team player on multimillion-dollar cases involving numerous parties.
Earlier in her career, she managed a wide portfolio of personal injury matters, handling everything from preparing pleadings and demand packages to reviewing medical records and maintaining financial records for law firms.
