The new year always brings unique momentum, fueled by the prior year, with each new initiative more exciting than the last. As we expanded our presence across Florida in 2025, we welcomed many new and experienced team members and continued to strengthen our construction defect and insurance coverage capabilities to keep pace with Florida’s rapid growth.
We’re especially grateful for the opportunity to deliver results for our clients, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries this year alone. Our recognition in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers Best Law Firm® for litigation and construction law is a testament to our efforts. Beyond our casework, we’ve stayed committed to supporting the industry and our communities through education, events, and continued advocacy for property owners, including our work engaging with legislators in Tallahassee during the 2026 session.
This past December, we also celebrated the expansion of our Miami office to the 41st floor of the landmark Miami Tower. Looking ahead, Ball Janik is also expanding offices in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa.
