For over nine years, Demers has focused on construction defect litigation and currently represents commercial and residential owners in disputes surrounding construction, design, and product defects. He gained significant exposure to construction law through his internships at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Civil Division. Demers is no stranger to commitment, having served in the Israeli Army’s Nahal Infantry Brigade, 932nd Battalion.
