Brian works in the firm’s Construction Defect Practice, where his in-depth knowledge, technical understanding, and collaborative approach with clients have helped grow the firm’s footprint in Central Florida. Brian’s experience includes construction defect claims, general construction litigation, payment disputes, lien law issues, payment bond claims, surety bond claims, bid protests, arbitration, mediation, and delay claims. Brian’s collaborative mindset and affability helped establish him as one of Central Florida’s premier construction attorneys. He is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust, and Trial Lawyers Sections. He also serves on the Health Services Board of Directors for Flagler Hospital, a position he has held since 2015. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a law degree from the University of Florida.
