Ball Janik LLP Attorneys Named to 2010 Best Lawyers

Stephen T. Janik Named “Portland, OR Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” Five Other Ball Janik LLP Attorneys Named to Best Lawyers.

Best Lawyers has named Stephen T. Janik as the “Portland, OR Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” for 2010.

In addition, five other lawyers from Ball Janik LLP were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.). They are Steven P. Hultberg, Bradley S. Miller, Barbara W. Radler, Richard J. Stone, and Brad T. Summers.

After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

Best Lawyers compiles its lists of outstanding attorneys by conducting peer-review surveys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers. The current, 16th edition of The Best Lawyers in America® (2010), is based on more than 2.8 million detailed evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers.
