Multiple news outlets have reported that associates Carter Bess and Daniel Trescastro have joined the firm. Their high-volume litigation experience strengthens Ball Janik’s ability to deliver strategic representation for clients navigating complex construction defect and insurance related disputes.
Bess joins Ball Janik’s Construction Defect Practice Group in the Tampa office, where he will represent property owners. His experience includes first-party property insurance litigation. In Miami, Trescastro brings extensive experience within civil litigation, independently managing around 200 active cases. Both are fluent in English and Spanish.
