On behalf of cities and transit providers, we provide strategic advice and advocacy for light-rail funding, and routing options. We have advised transit agencies, cities, and transportation advocacy groups on strategies to secure greater federal transit funding and/or streamline the federal New Starts and Small Starts programs.
