It’s Not Your Every Day Swearing In During a Pandemic, Published in the Florida Bar News

Three new Ball Janik lawyers have been sworn into The Florida Bar in different ways due to the pandemic: Allana Smith, Kasey Joyce and Morgan Lester. In an article published on December 29 in the Florida Bar News, Chief Justice Canady said, “This is a great day for each of you as inductees and it is a great day for your families and your friends and everyone that helped you overcome the challenges and difficulties you faced along the way to this happy occasion. The special challenge brought on by the pandemic for this group of inductees were indeed extraordinary. We are all aware of that.”
