Before Ball Janik, Rocha worked at boutique law firms and gained experience in depositions and mediations, trial preparation, and drafting legal motions and pleadings. Throughout several Florida counties, she has participated in successful trials as second chair, conducted opening statements, and directed and defended against cross-examination of experts and witnesses.
