Ball Janik, LLP is pleased to announce that Kayla Mosquera has been appointed to the Board of Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association as Group 1 Director. Mosquera is an associate in the firm’s Construction Defect and Litigation Practice Group. Her experience in the field fuels her work on the Board where she works to promote opportunity, connection, and success for black lawyers in the Miami-Dade area. Mosquera has served in this role for two years.

Mosquera is an accomplished, strategic-minded professional, assisting and representing owners and community associations concerning construction defect claims, including litigation and mediation. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with clients to understand and prioritize their needs and find innovative ways to reach their goals.
