This year’s international Legal Marketing Conference offered innovative programming, two keynote speakers, over twenty sessions from dozens of speakers, and well-being activities.

Elle Walch participated in a presentation titled “Firms That Have Strong Corporate Citizenship Build a Loyal Client Following,” where she discussed the firm’s pro bono work involving wildfires that burned over twenty-five miles of land along the Cascade Mountain ranges, devastating businesses, schools, and the entire community. This took place in the middle of the pandemic.

By being proactive, stepping up to help, and doing good for its community, Ball Janik LLP continued to be a solid corporate citizen. Additionally, strategic communication and planning around these efforts helped with recruitment, retention, cross-selling, and client loyalty programs.
