Vargo, who works in the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice, is one of six attorneys at Ball Janik to become certified in construction law.

“As a member of the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice, Vargo assists commercial and residential clients in various disputes, including construction defects,” the article noted.

Vargo graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of South Florida and earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

“Becoming board-certified in construction law is an important step in my legal practice, and I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to assist our clients,” Vargo said. “I’m grateful to work at a firm that always pursues excellence and encourages me to expand my legal expertise.”
