Marketing Coordinator - We are seeking an enthusiastic person to coordinate our marketing efforts. The marketing coordinator will assist our partners and associates with client communications, public relations, advertising and business development as well as other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be energetic and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking and time management skills are a necessity. We are looking for a candidate who has an undergraduate degree in marketing or comparable experience, experience in a law firm environment and excellent technical skills.

This position is responsible for the management of community association collection accounts and for maintaining contact with homeowners, clients, community managers and staff. Qualified applicants should have 3 to 5 years of related experience and should possess:
- Proficiency in using extranet software to support collections work, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff.
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and under time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be energetic and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Independent judgment, superior analytical ability, and multi-party complex case management skills are a necessity. Extensive knowledge of state and federal court rules and practice, and a strong technical background and working knowledge of Summation are highly desirable. An undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, or an equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience is required. Successful completion of an ABA approved paralegal program is preferred.
